Bilingual Account Manager

What You Will Do 

As an Unhaggle Dealer Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the success of our partnered dealerships, as well as maintain and grow our national dealership network. Activities include:

  • Strengthen relationships with existing partnered dealerships to gather insight and feedback that will drive future product development.
  • Identify processes common among our successful dealers to continuously evolve our best practices.
  • Host webinars to onboard and coach dealership staff on lead engagement and process implementation.
  • Prospect new dealerships to increase penetration.

Travel is not required for this role. In addition to the above, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and manage projects ranging from dealer retention initiatives, to organizing dealer panels and events.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience working in customer support and/or sales
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-starter that is comfortable working with minimal oversight
  • Be a multi-tasker that can juggle several projects at once without sacrificing quality
  • Ability to work among changing priorities and timelines
  • Fluent in English and French.
